Union Square Triplex

Guided by a sense of serenity, this palatial three-level home is encased in a 24hr doorman complex just a few short blocks from the historic Union Square. Tasked with a complete renovation and floor plan reconfiguration, our goal was to provide a spacious sanctuary, far away from the melee of the outside metropolis.

After reworking the lower level to incorporate two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a handsomely equipped utility, the main level enjoyed the installation of a floating staircase to the mezzanine principal suite above. Contemporary lighting and the double-height living space offer a real sense of oasis, complete with high-tech appliances and a brick feature fireplace.
