Manhattan Transitional

Some forty stories high gracing the sky in Manhattan, this heavenly abode was in dire need of a high-spec renovation, rising to meet the elevated exterior views and world-class amenities. On the higher reaches of Trump World Tower in the heart of Turtle Bay, we were enlisted to provide a turn-key, polished pied-a-terre for a Saudi family of five. Our goal was to transform the interiors to reflect a more fresh and modern, yet timeless aesthetic.

After stripping the space back to its skeleton and optimizing the floorplan with an additional bedroom and bathroom, our design ethos showcased the stunning views of the East River and Central Park through the enveloping curtain walls. We designed bespoke millwork and furniture throughout for an effortless sense of flow, while high-tech amenities and a state-of-the-art AV system were hidden behind luxe natural textures. Finessed yet familiar, the deluxe decor lends itself expertly to sophisticated urbane family life.
