Industry City Office

Tasked with the complete build-out of an office for a prominent real estate development group, this project was informed by the company’s vision to continually stitch old with new for an urban fabric that serves the future of housing in NYC.

A vast empty warehouse located in Brooklyn’s Industry City was subsequently reconditioned to craft a contemporary headquarters complete with private offices, conference rooms, and airy, open-plan lounge areas. Accented with passion-stirring pops of red, the industrial scheme was led by reclaimed wood flooring and poured concrete features. Reclaimed windows allow light to flood in and revive the mind, looking out onto the hustling heart of Brooklyn.
