INTERIOR DESIGN
We provide the full scope of interior design services from initial concept, to schematic design of building/room layouts, design development including selection of all finishes, fixtures, and furniture/decor, procurement of all decorative elements, oversight of construction, fabrication, and installation....
RENOVATIONS + SPACE PLANNING
We have expertise in space planning efficiently and within code constraints to optimize use, views, circulation, and storage. We collaborate with and manage all related consultants such as structural engineers. MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) engineers, architects, zoning/code consultants, A/V (audio-visual) consultants, and millworkers to ensure a cohesive project.
CUSTOM FURNITURE + LIGHTING
We design and oversee fabrication and installation of bespoke furniture and millwork including sofas, chairs, beds/headboards, stools/ottomans, rugs, tables, wall art, mirrors, hardware, and home goods. Our custom lighting fixtures include chandeliers, pendants, flushmounts, wall sconces, and lamps.
STAGING + STYLING
We handle everything from staging and styling for a photoshoot or real estate listing, to furnishing a vacation house or residence top to bottom so that it's turn-key. We source furniture, rugs, lighting, art, decor, homegoods, linens, and anything else we think is required to make a space swoon-worthy.
